Development

The upgrade and renovation of century old campus buildings as a contemporary education facility includes the complete refurbishment of the existing roof.

The building sits as an educational island in the context of the Warwick precinct. This western gateway to the CBD, charges the campus with a high level of commercial and transit activity.

The original buildings follow the Georgian style associated globally with institutional and education facilities. A careful, minimal impact intervention was investigated and implemented in order to repair the structure whilst preserving this historic value.
