Proposal

The sewer top structure forms the latest intervention in the harbour service tunnel complex Side walls and roof plane collide to create a dynamic form. These shifting plates have been landscaped and shaped to allow for public access. The surface structure becomes a landscape public space (sand dune) with sewerage pump facility below.
