The proposal defines a master plan for the student village within a design framework which will ensure appropriate development of this Student Precinct within the merged campus.
Development
The objective is to develop a mixed use precinct which will relate to student life, from comfortable, secure accommodation and parking, recreation and sport to retail, social, business opportunities, therefore creating a holistic healthy student community and establish a “home from home”.

- Low maintenance materials with effortless buildable technology
- Four storey bulking of blocks allows for higher density achieved in the student village

- All common rooms oriented towards the open field
- All student rooms have a view into a courtyard
- Adequate privacy to all residential blocks.
- East and West facing facades with deep recessed windows to assist with solar control
- North facing windows to common rooms with solar control screens
- Planning allows for social interaction within the residential blocks as well as along the communal walkways and courtyards around a primary communal space
